Concrete Slab Filler : Our Epoxy and Polyurea Joint Filler Products Can Protect and Repair Concrete Slab Floor Joints and Surfaces
For concrete slab fillers, look to our variety of epoxy and polyurea filler products, semi-rigid, rigid as well as structural, to suit your individual concrete slab repair and joint filling needs
When it comes to concrete slab filler, our epoxy and polyurea joint filler products, both rigid and semi-rigid concrete slab fillers, are designed for use on heavy trafficked, industrial concrete floors to fill and protect contraction and construction joints in industrial concrete slab floors. Due to their extended working pot life, our concrete slab fillers can be mixed by hand, and they allow for the addition of sand and aggregates if desired. Many of our slab fillers can be customized to your color or ordered in any one of our 72 standard joint filler colors
Epoxy Concrete Slab Floor Fillers
We Manufacture and Supply Both Rigid and Semi-Rigid Epoxy Concrete Slab Fillers
We offer two types of epoxy joint fillers for concrete crack repair in concrete slab environments: semi-rigid and structural. A semi-rigid epoxy floor joint filler can be used for filling joints in a newly placed concrete slab floor or for repairing deteriorated joints in an existing concrete slab floor. A semi-rigid filler is also a good choice for repairing a concrete crack that is subject to movement or that may continue to open during the concrete drying-shrinkage process.
Structural epoxies are used to structurally repair or rebuild concrete slab surfaces and are especially well suited for repairing larger slab surface defects or holes. When used in combination with sand or aggregates, structural epoxy fillers are ideal for repairing and rebuilding concrete floor joint edges or broken slab panel corners.
Polyurea Concrete Slab Fillers
For High Trafficked Industrial Concrete Slabs That Need Fast Cure Times, are Able to Handle Heavy Equipment, Need to Meet low Curing Temperatures and Other Specifications Such as for use on Colored Polished Concrete Slab Floors
Our polyurea concrete slab joint filler products are designed for use on indoor industrial, retail, or commercial polished concrete slab floors. While our semi-rigid polyurea fillers are primarily used for concrete crack and joint repair, our structural fillers are best used for surface repairs on concrete slab floors. Polyureas are durable and are designed to withstand pedestrian traffic and the weight of hard wheels, heavy loads, and carts shortly after application. During new construction work, polyurea products ensure that other trades can continue to operate on the floor within about an hour of application.
Polyurea Concrete Slab Fillers – Two Products, One Great Outcome
We offer two types of polyurea joint fillers: semi-rigid and structural. Semi-rigid polyurea control joint fillers can be used to fill joints in a newly placed concrete slab floor or to repair joints in an existing floor. They are also a good choice for repairing cracks that are subject to movement or that may continue to open during the concrete drying-shrinkage process. Additionally, polyurea joint fillers are also an excellent choice for applications in freezer and cooler buildings, as they cure at temperatures as low as -30°F.
Structural polyurea fillers are used to structurally repair or rebuild concrete surfaces through the restoration of all types of surface defects such as popouts, gouges, bolt holes, cracks, etc. When used in combination with sand or aggregates, they are ideal for rebuilding joint edges or broken slab panel corners. Due to their excellent adhesion and low viscosity, structural polyureas can also be used as grouting or resurfacing products when the need exists to fill large areas of surface pitting or micro pits in concrete floors before they are polished.
